The inspiration for this collaboration beer was our Bride and Groom’s favorite appetizer: prosciutto wrapped melon. We believe we captured the essence of those flavors in our beer quite nicely. Our Gose has a light, playful aroma of coriander rounded out by the sweetness of German Pilsner malt. A touch of salt compliments the subtle cantaloupe notes. The beer finishes tart. Refreshing and sessionable!
