Equilibrium Brewing

Equilibrium Brewing started as a water purification project at a MIT Environmental Engineering Lab. This project fueled a love for craft beer. Beer combined science with community and a good time. The brewery earns it's name by brewing beers that balance intense flavor with a well-rounded pallet. They opened their taproom in Middletown, New York in 2015.
