Final Summit

This beer is all about the yeast, which came from a brewery in France along the border of Belgium called Brasserie Thiriez (pronounced Tier-E-aye). The peppery and salty flavors in the yeast are only because the brewery actually adds salt and pepper to all of their beers, so the flavor became part of the yeast over time. Final Summit was the first beer ever brewed on the Outer Range system and a favorite of ours to this day.
