Purely RESOnous DIPA

For those that like a Double IPA that drinks bigger than its ABV suggests, this ones for you! We decided to lean a bit towards the East Coast on this one, making it a more balanced beer to handle the enormous amount of hops added. Eukanot, Citra and Mosaic varieties were added after cooling the wort slightly in the whirlpool, once during fermentation and twice more after the yeast finished its business. Notes of intense stone fruit and just straight up dankness are guaranteed!
