They say that old habits Die Hard! Well in this case its an old traditional German beer style that we’ve decided to have a little fun with. We figured that Marzen, being a clean tasting lager that’s a bit on the malty side, would play nicely with some hand picked Colorado spruce tips. The taste might surprise you, as there is a fruity evergreen character and a little bump in bitterness that’ll keep your palate crawling through air ducts and jumping out of fast moving vehicles!
