Our third installment in the SMASH & Grab series employs Colorado grown Root Shoot Metcalfe malt and Simcoe hops. Simplicity and a focus on complimentary ingredients are the hallmark of this style. Gobs of Simcoe hops are on display in this IPA, featuring intense citrus, passion fruit and berry flavors and dank, earthy and piney aromas. Colorado grown Metcalfe malt provides a slightly bready and biscuity balance in which the hops can be on full display, yet supported appropriately.
