With all the noise behind the East Coast style hoppy beers these days, we felt it necessary to provide some balance to the beer world and rewind it back a decade or so with an old school take on a DIPA. True to form, this light bodied brew was aggressively hopped with Cascade and Amarillo varieties, finishing nice and dry with a lingering bitterness.
