Golden Forest in the Sun is an Unfiltered Farmhouse Ale brewed in the Belgian tradition. This beer began it's journey with an extended fermentation on one of our favorite yeast strains and local wildflower honey. We then blended a portion of a lactobacillus focused mixed-culture ale to add some light acidity and funk in our solver shining town. Think lemon crisps, ripe nectarine funk, and sourdough bread.
