Encapsulation of Meaning is a barrel-aged wild ale that has began it's journey as a honey saison that we aged in wine barrels for 16 months and then refermented on 400lbs of organic Palisade peaches from the Western slopes of Colorado. It's moments like these that we sit down and reflect on how we can collectively move forward. This beer represents the harmony and depth in our lives that we all strive to achieve.
