“Pretty Chill” is a fire Unfiltered American Pale Ale brewed with an American ale yeast, a fluffy base of white wheat, and a heavy whirlpool addition of Citra & Simcoe. Made for Derel's, this hoppy elixir was heavily dry-hopped with Citra and Wai-iti and is dedicated to our favorite little shredder #Summitisstoked. Think sushi hand rolls, bucking three's, and snagging bibb's.
This beer reminds me of some of the original hoppy Pale Ale's that came out of the East Coast, specifically Hill Farmstead "Edward" and Tired Hands "Hop Hands." Dry, medium bodied, huge aroma, with a full, yet crushable tropical flavor, with a hint of that signature NZ grass. It's overall Pretty Chill.
