Jagged Mountain She Said, He Said

It’s not often that we have the opportunity to create such a unique collaboration between two good friends. We wanted to create something that really showcased what we both do best; brewing well rounded, balanced beers that are truly as vibrant as their brewers are. We brewed the same Hazy Double IPA at both Woods Boss Brewing and Jagged Mountain showcasing local Rootshoot Malt. Then, both Alyssa and Ryan selected their hops of choice and gave this beer a healthy double dry-hopping along with Inland Island’s Fog Machine yeast strain that gives each beer its own unique twist. Both of these juice bomb IPA’s share a similar malt backbone, but explode with unique aromas and flavors from the hop selection and a few other hazy tricks Alyssa and Ryan have up their sleeves. Over the course of the last few weeks, the craft beer industry has had to face the fact that we, as a collective industry, need to do better. The path to a healthier environment begins with uncomfortable discussions and hard truths. To be better, we must learn and make the necessary changes to ensure everyone in the community is safe and heard. At the end of the day, we feel it is the responsibility of everyone in the industry to do their part and it is and always has been our goal that both Jagged Mountain and Woods Boss are seen as a place of equality, respect, and openness.
