In lieu of that, a MASSIVE 3 lbs per barrel of lemondrop hops were added throughout the brewing process to add a completely hop derived citrus character. In conjunction with a good dose of acidity, some lactose and a hint of vanilla, we believe we have achieved the closest thing to lemon meringue pie in a glass as you can get!
