The improbability drive has engaged and our beer and donut collaborative project has returned! DONUT PANIC returns in cans and on draft on December 18th! Our 2021 collaboration is a Raspberry Lychee Mochi Donut Rice Lager with the amazing bakers from Third Culture Bakery. Using white and jasmine rice blended with traditional pilsner malt, we crafted a unique base beer to replicate those mochi donut flavors. Layering in fresh lychee and raspberry purees add a delicate sweetness with a light acidity. A floral aroma from the jasmine rice helps to carry the nuances of the fruit. The result is a truly delicious donut-inspired beer!
