Steep (2022)

‘Steep’ is a Coffee Stout brewed with a specially crafted coffee blend from our neighbors at Pablo’s Coffee. ‘Steep’ was crafted to bring out the amazingly rich, chocolate and coffee notes from the finest roasted beans and dark malts. Brewed with a touch of lactose helping the beer to remain sweet on the pallet with a balanced bitterness from coffee and hops. Playing on the intricate characteristic inherent in this beer, we collaborated with Pablo’s Coffee to create a stellar cold brew addition. Specially sourced, selected, and roasted, the beans used are a symbiotic complement to the natural flavors in malt, giving balance and depth. ***Contains Lactose***
