OYB Pilsner

This recipe encompasses and portrays OYB's journey from our beginnings through present - partnerships, independence, creativity, and integrative and innovative growth and development. It demonstrates the adventures we have been on (and continue to have), the never-ending learning, and the meaningful experiences we have within the community and internally. Based on traditional Czech style, this Pilsner was brewed with Czech Saaz hops and Root Shoot Pilsner malt. It delights all tastebuds and meets you where you are, wherever you are. It has a delicately full body, is quite approachable, session-able, and pairs well with pretty much everything.
