We started this big imperial porter with loads of dark malts, added candy sugar and tangerine peel. Then we fermented with a Belgian yeast to bring out the complex fruity esters from the grains and Belgian candy. To finish the beer we added raw vanilla beans, and aged it on whisky soaked oak.
