Ah, Ale Yeah!! v.12

This is the twelfth in a series of experimental hop forward American Pale Ales. The plan is to play around with different hop combos, malt compositions, & water profiles. This particular version focuses on a blend of Citra, Cashmere, Strata, and Michigan-grown Chinook, with strong flavors of tangerine, pineapple, pear, and a hint of sticky icky. The mash includes 15% oats which help provide a very luscious mouthfeel. We’re sure that after your first sip, you’ll say “Ah, Ale Yeah!”
