Eject Mindcapsule

This year we’ve experimented, refined, and expanded the ways we dry hop our beers. From pushing the limits with hop pellets, to trying new techniques with hop terpenes, we’ve been pushing ourselves to this point. Eject Mindcapsule is the culmination of those boundary explorations by combining all these different dry hopping methods into one elegantly excessive quadruple dry hopped, supersaturated double IPA. Using two types of CO2 extracted terpenes, cryo hop pellets, and traditional hop pellets we’ve achieved a new level of hop saturation not seen in our beers before. This year-long hop experimentation period has brought us to this point and we couldn’t be more excited for you to strap in, crack this can, and let this hop monster blow your hair back!
