She becomes The Rusty Nail after spending 15 months in 12 year old bourbon barrels. Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, Vienna, Midnight Wheat, Flaked Oats, Roast Barley, and Smoked malts with Magnum and US Golding hops, and brewer's licorice and cassia cinnamon chips. Color: Dark, opaque black Aroma: Heavy sweet aromatics in the form of toffee, brown sugar, chocolate, and caramel alongside cinnamon and licorice/anise, and woody aromas Flavor: Intensely sweet and gently bitter with moderate lingering sweetness and light umami in a thick and spicy, mouth warming body.
