We blended with apricots very sparsely in 2022, so we chose our intentions thoughtfully. This blend used fresh Madagascar vanilla along with Perfection apricots from Palisade, Colorado with Undertone, our oat farmhouse ale. The vanilla is very apparent and adds a great sweet finish to the ripe apricot candy notes.
