Juice Box

Our ‘Juice Box’ sour was inspired by countless hours spent atop a thick tree branch with a backpack full of books hung upon a weathered knot and a juice box balanced precariously in the joint where branch meets trunk. Magical worlds entered, mysteries solved, enemies vanquished, and juice boxes slurped. Our juice box is a reimagined, adult version of the childhood classic. Designed from the start to showcase the glorious combination of whole fruit puree and beer. The base beer is a simple golden kettle sour—a perfectly tart means to an end. We added nearly 2 pounds per gallon of sweet blackberry puree blended with tart lemon. The natural acidity in our base beer serves to balance the sweetness from the berries. The lemon puree brings the taste of a classic lemonade stand to your pallet. Tart, fruity, and refreshing. Best enjoyed in a tree top … that place where imagination reigns and time melts.
