Soft Terra

Based on the first Double IPA we ever brewed at Drowned Lands, Photo Synthesis. Since that first DIPA, we’ve dialed in our processes and refined our techniques. We made a few tweaks to the recipe as well, to bring an extra soft beer that is still packed full of tropical flavor. Brewed with a base of Pilsner malt, raw and malted wheat wheat, then layered with some Vienna, and flaked oats for added depth. Hopped in the whirlpool and dry hopped with Pacific Jade, Cashmere, and Citra. The resulting beer is soft, juicy, and lush.
