Never Say Die

Three years ago, we brewed an IPA to bridge the best of both the West and the East Coast Styles (W.E. Coast), named in honor of one of our favorite movies of all time: The Goonies. Since this time, we have made various W.E. Coast IPAs that we feel are the perfect amalgamation of hazy, but not turbid, clean, but still with enough esters to create a really round flavor profile, and aggressively hopped, but done so in a way to accentuate the flavor and the aroma of the hops without the enamel-scraping bitterness. We return to our original W.E. Coast IPA, again with a honed recipe based on everything we've learned in the last 3 years, to create something as adventurous as the Goonies subterranean journey. Never Say Die is brewed with over 6lbs per barrel of both Citra and Simcoe T90/Cryo and El Dorado. This is a go-to IPA. Big, juicy stone fruit and pineapple.
