Everybody loves ice cream, so this new beer series will revolve around our favorite dessert. We took our NEIPA recipe, added a touch of lactose ( milk sugar*), and for this batch we added Peaches and Vanilla. Hops include Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado. Appearance is of a glowing glass of tangerines, and the taste is a mixture of sweet hops and delicate floral peach essence. 6.8% ABV ( CONTAINS LACTOSE*)
