HOP IS MY CO-PILOT is our fresh hopped hazy IPA, the product of a collaboration with @flytecobrewing and @bruzbeers. A few weeks ago, we took a small plane to a hop farm on the Western Slope of Colorado, harvested a literal planeload of fresh hops, and flew them back to the Front Range. The IPA we brewed together boasts huge aromas of tangerine zest with delicate herbal and grassy notes, and fresh, juicy flavors of Valencia orange and grapefruit.
