Cryonaut Cold IPA

Cyronaut Cold IPA is here. Instead of using ale yeast, it is fermented with a lager yeast at warmer than lagering temperatures so you do not get the sulfur compounds given off by lager yeast or the esters given off by ale yeast and the beer is dry hopped during active fermentation to allow biotransformation of the hop compounds. This allows the hops to shine through with leaving a citrus and tropical forward beer. The malt bill has stayed the same, 2 row base with a touch of crystal malt to balance it out. The hops have stayed the same as well, all cryo hops with the CryoPOP blend being foremost on the nose and tongue.
