Silent Trees

With a long Phish weekend in mind, we have crafted Silent Trees as an exploration invitation to your senses. In all beer that we brew we meticulously take notes, leaving inscriptions along the walls of the cave. We seek new flavors, textures, and aromas, recognizing that true enlightenment comes from a place beyond what we can even sense. We invite you to listen to the silent trees and allow yourself to find something in this beer beyond what is written on the walls of the cave. Designed to represent traditional west coast hop aromas with a more fruit forward kick, 2 dry hop additions of Idaho #7, Motueka and Simcoe were added post fermentation. Finally, we aged the finished beer on Palo Santo wood, contributing additional complex notes of lemon, mint, and coconut, allowing your senses to awaken and wander.
