‘7’ is our 7th anniversary New England Style IPA. And because we’re feeling somewhat whimsical and appreciative of local produce, this one is a peach milkshake IPA. A blend of local pilsner and pale malts with the soft balance of oats and wheat layered throughout. Cashmere, Sitiva, and El Dorado hops are blended to express their ripe peach and tropical fruit characteristics. Fresh Palisade peaches are showcased throughout the brew. The addition of milk sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans weave layers among the peachy hop and juicy ripe fruit, adding intense complexity.
