‘STEEP’ is an Imperial Coffee Stout brewed with a specially crafted coffee blend featuring Malawi Mzuzu Co-op, Ethiopia Burkaa Gudina Estate and Mexico Serrano Alturrra from our neighbors at Pablo’s Coffee. ‘STEEP’ was crafted to bring out the amazingly rich, chocolate and coffee flavors from the finest roasted and dark malts. Brewed to remain sweet on the pallet with subtle hints of alcohol. Playing on the intricate characteristic inherent in this beer we collaborated with Pablo’s Coffee to create a stellar cold brew addition. Specially sourced, selected, and roasted, the beans used are a symbiotic complement to the natural flavors in beer, giving balance and depth.
