We made the watermelon with a low gravity wheat, pilsner malt based and mixed with a lactobacillus culture. We end up with a golden colored berliner that is light, tart and sour. The touch is a watermelon addition that makes this sour a thirst-quenching must have. Some may say, it's a liquid Jolly Rancher.
