For this experimental series, we play around with some of the hottest hops on the market in order to make delicious west coast style IPA’s. The twenty-second in the series was brewed with Galaxy, Citra, BRU-1, Cryo Pop, Idaho 7, and Centennial. Look for notes of mango, lemon, pine, and bubble gum, with some light floral undertones. This is a series we’re planning to keep hoppin’ for some time.
