This beer was aged on 240 lbs of delicious, fresh palisade peaches. As if that wasn't enough, we then “dry hopped” the beer with freshly harvested Colorado Chinook hops. Tart and funky, with a big peach nose from both the hops and the peaches. This beer exemplifies everything we love about Colorado.
